Trying to become more efficient with Logitech.

It's that point in the year when us third year students begin to sweat a little. The time before our dissertation is due has begun to dwindle down to a nothing and before we know it we'll have to submit our 10,000 word essay complete with research and more appendices than you could shake a stick at.

All this work means that I'm pretty much stuck to my technology, be it my tablet or laptop (I even make notes on my phone when I'm out and have some sort of brainwave.) The people at Logitech have sent me over some goodies to see if they can help me become a more efficient student...

I hooked my laptop up to the TV, plugged the tiny receivers into the laptop and settled down on the sofa ready to put both the keyboard and the mouse to the test. Because surely I'm more productive when sat back and relaxed, right?

Firstly I've got my hands on the Logitech K750 Wireless Solar Keyboard. The first thing I said when I got it out of the box was that it looks very swish. I almost look like a professional sat behind it.It is a dream to type on as I can type just as fast on this one. compared to the laptop - even though normally I have this weird thing where I don't always get on with full size keyboards... I never have to worry about plugging it in, it just needs to see sunlight every now and then. It seems to be ticking all the boxes needed for a good wireless keyboard.

Next up is the Logitech M280 Wireless Mouse. I use a Logitech mouse at work and so I already know that they have the longest battery life - This one lasts 18 months even if you don't ever turn it off. Impressive! It feels brilliant and so I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to my laptop trackpad again. My only problem with it? I'm not 100% sure on the colour. It comes in both blue and black, with me having the blue. I'm sure that for some people the blue is just up their street but I'm more of a fan of keeping my stuff one colour.

Safe to say I'm impressed. I most definitely prefer writing my essays when kicking back on the sofa, which is probably a good thing, especially with all the deadlines coming up...

Disclaimer: I was not paid to write this post. I received the keyboard and mouse to test and share my honest findings. All views are my own.
